Monsignor Thomas Scanlon
Norristown, PA

Monsignor Scanlon was ordained in 1959 by John Cardinal O'Hara. He served as assistant pastor for five years and in as a teacher in secondary Schools, Cardinal Dougherty and Bishop Mc Devitt High Schools.
He taught, for eighteen years, on the college and graduate level at:
- St. Charles Seminary
- St. Joseph University
- La Salle University
- Manor Junior College,
- Holy Family College and
- Immaculata College.
Monsignor Scanlon served as Rector of St. Joseph in the Hills Reheat House, Malvem, Pa. and as pastor of Resurrection of Our Lord Parish. He is presently assigned to St. Titus parish, East Norriton, Pa. Monsignor has presented Worldwide Marriage Encounter weekends since 1975. He currently presents Retrouvaille (To Begin Again) weekends for couples in troubled marriages. He is active in the Pro Life movement and Natural Family Planning. Currently doing some radio and television programs.
